Aside of good communication skills I am not sure not only of what importance but even what is psychological health or an optimistic outlook ? I have an open mind. I try not to judge, I have traveled the world and have seen many different life styles and cultures. I am well educated. I look at many different issues before I make a decision. And I am sure that my psychological health is very much in question. Most of my life I have had an innate optimistic outlook on life. Now that I look back I see that it was only due to ignorance and selfishness. And last but not least, the most constructive approach to dealing with anger is revenge.
